總統表示，在許多商業展覽會上，她常感受到台灣企業的創意活力與堅持，就算在長期的景氣低迷中，台灣企業仍不斷尋求突破，好消息是，大家的堅持目前慢慢有了一些成果。總統引述國發會資訊指出，景氣對策信號已經連續第四個月綠燈。她指出，台灣經濟也許不會一下子突飛猛進，但已經呈現出回溫的趨勢。
